Memorial Gifts
A gift made to the Learning Disabilities Association of PEI in memory of a departed loved one, friend or colleague serves as a meaningful way to honour their life.
Your memorial gift to the LDAPEI will be acknowledged by sending the bereaved family a memorial letter in your name. (Your gift amount will be excluded from the letter.)
A tax receipt for the full value of your donation will be issued directly to you.
To make your memorial gift, please download and return the LDAPEI Memorial Donation Form. Please contact the LDAPEI office by emailldapei@eastlink.ca or (902) 894-5032, and we’ll get in touch with you to collect your payment information.
